Rack-a-holics Unlimited Taxidermy (RUT) new taxidermy business recently founded in Wellsville by Dusty Kip. A computer programmer for an insurance firm, Kip created the business as a way to carry out his passion.

Kip said, “I have always loved hunting and being out in nature, it’s an escape from the workplace. When you finally shoot ‘the big one’ you want to show it off.” Kip said a lifetime of hunting is how he got interested in taxidermy. “I know the pride people feel when they shoot ‘the big one’, not only am I able to make money doing something I love but I help people display something they are passionate about.”

I am contacting you in regards to a story I feel would benefit readers of The Herald Journal.

The Cache Valley Investors Association focuses on raising passive income above expenses to create financial independence. By learning the CVIA techniques “Anyone is able to achieve financial happiness and stability, resulting in no longer having to depend on a job for earned income,” said President Parker.

The CVAIA hold meetings every-other Thursday where attendees learn how to depend on passive income by investing in things like stocks, real estate, commodities, and businesses. Announcing the Social Media Club of Cache Valley
Learning and Sharing the tricks of Social Media

LOGAN, UT—New organization, Social Media Club of Cache Valley (SMCCV), acts as an outlet for professionals and the public to come together and learn about the growing social media. President Parker said, “The meetings are an outlet for discussion and networking with others involved in the social media arena”.

The SMCCV was founded in August of 2009 and is an offshoot of the social media club in Salt Lake City which was founded in January 2009. The club was created by seven friends who wanted to stay current with growing media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

Currently the SMCCV has around 50 active members and meets every second Tuesday. Februarys meeting is being held at Borders in Logan, the meeting will include discussion, sharing tricks, speakers and food. In addition every third month the SMCCV hosts a “Tweet up” where members can come togeather to tweet and have discussions via twitter.
